Spicy meatball pockets with mango chutney and minted yogurt

Ingredients
For the meatballs
450g mince beef and pork
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp harissa paste
1 tsp ras-el hanout
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp dried breadcrumbs (Lamb brand)
You will also need
150g Greek yogurt
Good pinch cumin
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped fresh mint
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil (Borges)
3-4 tbsp mango chutney
Pita bread pockets
Salad leaves and fresh herbs for serving
Method
Start this recipe by preparing the meat balls. Mix all the ingredients together, form into small balls and fry in a pan with olive oil to brown. Turn down the heat and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Meanwhile mix together the yogurt, cumin, garlic, olive oil and mint to make a fresh dressing. To put together, heat the pitta pockets in a hot pan or grill, split open and spread with the mango chutney. Stuff with salad leaves and the meatballs, drizzle with the minted yogurt and serve.
