Spaghetti with flaked tuna and a sundried tomato tapenade
Serves:
Ingredients
- 300g spaghetti (Pasta Zara)
- 100g fresh tuna
- 80g sun-dried tomatoes (Camel Brand)
- 50ml olive oil
- 20g black olives (Camel Brand)
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 clove chopped garlic
Method
Put the sundried tomatoes, garlic, olives and oil in a container and blend well together, add the chopped parsley. In a little olive oil shallow fry the diced tuna meanwhile Boil the spaghetti, drain and toss in the pan with the tuna and mix in the sundried tomatoes.
