Smoked salmon and tuna set on edible spoons

Ingredients

  • 12 edible pastry spoons
  • 3 smoked salmon slices
  • 3 smoked tuna slices
  • 2 asparagus, lightly blanched
  • 2 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 small tub black caviar
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh seasoning
  • Juice and zest of a lemon

 

Method

Thinly slice the salmon and tuna and put in a mixing bowl add the chopped sundried tomatoes, lemon juice/zest and fresh seasoning. Set on an edible spoon and top with caviar and blanched asparagus.
