Salted peanut snicker balls with dark chocolate

Method
Blitz the oats in a food processor till fine, then add in the dates, peanut butter and honey and blitz to a paste. Remove from the processor and stir in the chopped peanuts. Form into balls and place into the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up. When ready, dip into the melted dark chocolate to coat and sprinkle over some coarse salt.
