Ravioli ripieni con gamberi

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 5 home-made prawn ravioli (gluten-free)
  • 1 or 2 king prawns
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 50ml home-made prawn stock
  • 50ml white wine
  • 50g butter
  • 10g fresh dill, mint, garlic
  • 30g spring onions

Method

Put the butter, prawns, dill, mint, garlic, tomato and onions in a pan and cook for 1 or 2 minutes till soft. Add in the wine and stock and continue to cook. Meanwhile, cook the ravioli in salted boiling water and serve with the prepared prawn sauce.
