Ravioli ripieni con gamberi
Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 5 home-made prawn ravioli (gluten-free)
- 1 or 2 king prawns
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 50ml home-made prawn stock
- 50ml white wine
- 50g butter
- 10g fresh dill, mint, garlic
- 30g spring onions
Method
Put the butter, prawns, dill, mint, garlic, tomato and onions in a pan and cook for 1 or 2 minutes till soft. Add in the wine and stock and continue to cook. Meanwhile, cook the ravioli in salted boiling water and serve with the prepared prawn sauce.
