Pulled Pork, Bourbon and Bacon wraps with a hot and spicy cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 200g Briased Pork Belly (Mise En Place)
  • 4 Wraps PP  4 pcs (Santa Maria)
  • 1 Bourbon whiskey and bacon Jam (Mise En Place)
  • 1 leek 1 small
  • 1 baby spinach 1 bunch
  • 1tbs butter salted 1 tbs
  • 1 tbsp flour 1 tsp
  • 80ml milk whole 80ml
  • 60g red leicester cheese 60g
  • 1 small chilly 1
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley 1 tsp

Method

Slice the pork, leeks and mix with the jam.

Heat up the wrap on a griddle pan and put the pork mix on top with the spinach leaves and roll.

In a saucepan simmer the chopped chilly until browned then add the flour mix well and pour in the warm milk and keep stirring. 

Add the cheese parsley and melt

Cut the wrap and put each on stick to dip in the hot spicy sauce
