Beef and Almond lollipops

Ingredients

  • Beef Mince 500g
  • Steak rub 80g (Mise En Place)
  • Chopped prsley 1tsp
  • Gibna 10 small cubes (Hanini)
  • 10 kebab sticks
  • Bread crumbs 100g
  • Almonds crushed 80g
  • Beetroot and apple chutney 1 jar

Method

In a bowl mix the mince with the rub, herbs and form a paste.

Mix the cheese cubes with 2 tbsp of jam and put on a stick.

Cover the cheese with the mince to form a meat ball around the cheese.

Mix well the breadcrumbs and almonds and roll the lollipop in to make a crust.

Place on an oven tray and cook at 200 °C   for 15 minutes.

Serve with the beetroot and apple chutney
