Fresh strawberry salad with dried white gbejna, mint and honey dressing

Ingredients
- 500g strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 300g double-peeled fresh broad beans, blanched
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 dried white gbejna, thickly grated (Hanini)
- 2 chicken breasts, seasoned and grilled
For the dressing
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard with honey (Maille)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Pinch sugar, salt, pepper

Method
This is an easy recipe to prepare. Mix together the strawberries, broad beans, grated gbejna and mint leaves in a large bowl. Mix together the dressing ingredients and pour into the salad, toss together Spoon the strawberry salad into 2 deep salad bowls and top with the grilled chicken breast
