Prawn tempura with soy and ginger

Ingredients

  • 6 tiger prawns
  • 50g tempura mix
  • 10ml soy
  • 50g ginger

Method

Mix the tempura batter with cold water and beat to achieve a stiff consistency. Dip in the prawns in and deep fry in hot oil till crispy.
