Prawn and crab meat roulade

Ingredients

  • 100g baby prawns
  • 100g crab meat
  • 50g white fish
  • 1 egg
  • 20ml fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs
  • 2 seaweed nori sheets

 

Method

In a food processor blitz together the crab meat, prawns and white fish till paste consistency add the egg and the fresh cream mix well . Then roll the paste with the nori sheet add lemon juice and cover tight with cling film than poach in boiling water for 10 minutes.
