Penne with grouper prawns and spinach

Ingredients
- 200 g grouper fillet
- 4 king prawns
- bisque cream
- small bunch baby spinach
- half fennel
- 220g gluten free fusilli (Schar)
- 1 tsp thyme leaves

Method
Slice the fennel and saute in butter until softened.
Dice the fish and chop the prawns, toss in with the fennel.
Add the bisque cream, bring to the boil and toss in the cooked pasta.
Add the thyme and serve.
