Peanut butter, banana and chia seed smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250ml Greek yogurt (Mevgal)
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds (Holland & Barrett)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp Stevia extract

Method

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve well chilled into 2 glasses.
