Pasta with pancetta, sage and mushrooms

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 180g pasta
  • 8 sage leaves
  • 6 rashers pancetta
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 100ml fresh cream
  • 50ml white wine
  • 100ml chicken stock
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 onion

Method

Pre-heat pan with some olive oil, shallow fry the onion ,garlic and the sage than add in the pancetta and mushrooms . Add the white wine and reduce by half, followed by the chicken stock .Finally add the cream ,reduce again to the right consistency and cook the pasta for 7 minutes in boiling water. Mix together and serve.
