Orecchiette with asparagus and mascarpone

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 400g shelled walnuts
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic,
  • 5 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp mascarpone
  • 5o ml fresh cream
  • 1/4 of a chicken cube
  • 8 asparagus stems

Method

Start by frying the garlic and the asparagus boil the pasta separate, then add the mascarpone, cream, cheese, chicken cube and walnuts. Keeping the pan over a low heat as you do so to heat the sauce through and mix with the pasta then its ready to serve.
