Orange and onion marinated chicken
Serves:
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast
- 3 tbsp orange marmalade
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 3 spring onions finely chopped
- 1/4 glass white wine
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Method
Mix all the ingredients together except the chicken, simmer until thicken and allow to cool. Mix the chicken breast in the marinade and allow to rest in the marinade than grill on the bbq on high heat.
