Ingredients

Peach, banana and cinnamon smoothy

  • 3 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 400ml skimmed milk
  • 300g fat-free or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Cinnamon to taste


Raspberry, lime and yogurt smoothy

  • 300g frozen raspberries
  • 140g fat-free or Greek yogurt
  • Zest of a lemon
  • 300ml skimmed milk

 

Method

Blend all the ingredients together in a liquidizer. Serve in tall chilled glasses
