Maltese sausage, prune and haloumi kebabs

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 2 Maltese sausages
  • 200g haloumi cheese
  • 200g pitted prunes
  • 2tbs olive oil
  • 50g watermelon
  • 50g cucumber, skinned and deseeded

Method

Cut the Maltese sausage and the cheese in 1cm and put on the skewer alternating together with the prunes. Sprinkle with olive oil and grill/barbeque until golden brown. For the dressing chop the watermelon and the cucumber, season and add a drizzle of olive oil.
