Grilled rib-eye beef with mini stir fry and marmite sauce
Ingredients
- 200g rib-eye
- 50g cabbage
- 100g peppers
- 100g leeks
- 5g marmite
- 100ml beef stock
- 50ml fresh cream
- 1 potato
Method
Preheat a griddle pan and seal the rib-eye on both sides for 1 minute. Season on each side with salt and pepper, remove from the pan and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Meanwhile cut the peppers, leeks and cabbage into strips and stir-fry quickly. Dice the potatoes into cubes and bake with the beef stock, marmite and cream for 10 minutes in oven 160`c. You will also need to continue cooking the rested rib-eye in the onen also for just 6 minutes more. Serve the cooked rib-eye with the marmite potaotoes and stir-fried vegetables
