Grilled peaches with mascarpone cheese, honey and cinnamon

Ingredients
- 4 peaches, cut in half and stones removed
- 4 tbsp mascarpone cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Method
Start by warming up a large griddle pan with a knob of butter, and cook the peaches on both sides for about 2 minutes. The peaches should still be firm. Places the peach halves on a baking tray, brush with the honey, and sprinkle with half the cinnamon. Place under a hot grill, and cook for a minute or two more to caramelize the honey. Quickly place the peaches onto your serving plates, spoon on some mascarpone onto each peach, and drizzle over some more honey. Sprinkle with some more cinnamon before serving.

- 4 mgħaref ġobon mascarpone
- 2 mgħaref għasel
- 1 kuċċarina trab tal-kannella
Method
Ibda billi ssaħħan grilja u itfa’ ftit butir. Ixwi l-ħawħ miż-żewġ naħat għal madwar 2 minuti. Il-ħawħ għandu jibqa’ iebes. Poġġi l-biċċiet tal-ħawħ fuq tilar għall-ħami, idlikhom bl-għasel u ferrex nofs it-trab tal-kannella fuqhom. Daħħalhom f’forn jaħraq biex tkompli tixwihom minn fuq għal madwar minuta sakemm l-għasel jikkaramelizza. Servi l-ħawħ fuq platt. Itfa’ mgħarfa ġobon mascarpone fuq kull biċċa u erġa’ itfa’ ftit għasel. Ferrex il-bqija tat-trab tal-kannella qabel isservi.
