Gluten-free gnocchi with pistachio pesto and burrata

Method
Start this recipe by blitzing all of the pesto ingredients together and put aside. Next, cook the gnocchi in a pan full of boiling salted water until cooked and mix with a little of the pan water and 2 heaped tbsp. of the pesto. Serve into 2 bowls with half a burrata on top of each and decorate with fresh greens and chopped pistachios.
