Ginger rocky road with festive sprinkles

Ingredients
- 150g ginger biscuits, roughly broken (Strand Palace)
- 225g milk chocolate (Novi)
- 225g dark chocolate (Novi)
- 50g mini marshmallows
- 40g dried cranberries (Good Earth)
- 100g walnuts, toasted (Good Earth)
- 2-3 tbsp festive sprinkles
- 50g white chocolate chips

Method
Melt the chocolate together and stir in biscuits, marshmallows, cranberries and pecans. Spoon onto a baking tray lined with non-stick paper, even out, sprinkle over the festive sprinkles and white chocolate chips and allow to set. Cut into strips and serve
