Feta and bigilla parcels

Ingredients

2pkts Feta Cheese (Emborg)
1 pkts Filo Pastry
200g Bigilla (Camel brand)
30ml Olive Oil (Borges)
50g Sesame Seeds
Fresh Thyme

Method

Open up the filo pastry and brush one sheet with the olive oil.
Place another sheet on top.
Place the feta cheese at one end of the pastry.
Spread the bigilla on top of the feta, drizzle some fresh thyme and wrap it up in the pastry.
Brush the pastry parcel with olive oil and coat the surface with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated 180°c oven for about 15, until it’s gold and crispy.
