Alexandra`s mozzarella and serrano ham on toasted rye

Ingredients

1 packet serrano ham (Casademont)
2 balls mozzarella di boffola (Zanetti)
2 large slices rye bread
2 heaped tbsp fig jam (Mackays)
1 handful rocket leaves
Balsamic glaze to decorate

Method

Start by lightly toasting the rye bread and spread over the fig jam. Slice the mozzarella and lay on top of the rye bread, followed by the slices of serrano ham. Finish off with dressed rocket leaves and a good drizzle of balsamic glaze
