Dill and horseradish new potatoes

Ingredients

  • 500g new potatoes, scrubbed
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise (Tesco)
  • 2 tbsp horse radish sauce (Tesco)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

Place the potatoes into a pan of water and bring to the boil. reduce the heat to medium and cook the potatoes whole till soft and cooked trough. Remove off the heat and drain. At this stage you can leave the potatoes whole or cut in half. Place into a lagre bowl with the remaining ingredient and mix together well. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
