Ingredients
- Selection of different mixed hams + salamis (Casademont)
- Selection of different cheeses – red cheddar, normal cheddar, brie, parmesan (Emborg)
- Chutney for serving (Mackays) – Red pepper and Fig
- Fresh rosemary and sage leaves
- Handful ball cherry tomatoes
- 1 tub fresh raspberries
- 4 fresh figs
- 10 dried figs
- 10 medjool dates
- 100g walnut halves
- Small jars honey

Method
Start this recipe by laying the rosemary and sage leaves on a large board in the shape of a wreath. Next, roll up the salamis into roses and place them decoratively. Next, slice the cheese and do the same. Place the honey and chutneys into small jars and fit in. Finally, add in the sliced fresh figs, dates, dried dates, raspberries and cherry tomatoes. Serve with grissini and crackers on the side.
