Christmas eve gluten-free Christmas cake pops

Ingredients
- 1 x 250g gluten-free marbled cake (Schar)
- 2-3 tbsp buttercream
- White cake pop sticks
- White and coloured chocolate for decorating
- Selection of sugar decorations and Christmas sprinkles

Method
Place the cake into the bowl of a mixer and crumble using the beater. Add in the buttercream and any alcohol if using and mix to a firm paste or dough. Cut into pieces, roll into balls and chill for 30 minutes. Dip the end of the sticks into melted chocolate and press into the cake pop balls. Chill again for 30 minutes before dipping into white and coloured chocolate and decorating with sugar pieces and sprinkles.
