Chocolate brownies with biscoff

Ingredients

  • 200g margarine (Stork)
  • 200g Dark chocolate (Novi)
  • 20g cocoa powder (Lamb brand)
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • Pinch salt
  • 80g brown sugar
  • 275g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g plain flour
  • 5 eggs (Coccodi)
  • 3 tbsp biscoff spread, melted

Method

Place the margarine, chocolate, cocoa, coffee and salt in a pan and melt down. Meanwhile, whip together the sugars, eggs and vanilla in an electric mixer till light, pale and glossy. Fold in the melted chocolate mixture, followed by the flour.  Spoon the mixture into a lined baking tray and spread out. Drizzle over the melted biscoff spread and swirl in with a toothpick. Bake in the oven at `80`c for approximately 35-40 minutes.
