Chilli hummus and ginger pasta salad

Ingredients
- 1 red chilli
- 3 tbsp hummus (Camel Brand)
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 spring onions
- bunch baby spinach
- 4 tbsp olive oil (Borges)
- 10 crushed roasted almonds
- 50g feta cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 12 quartered cherry tomatoes
- 300g dried rigatoni (De Cecco)
Method
On low heat sauté the chopped chilli, ginger and spring onion without coloring, than mix in a bowl with the baby spinach and almonds, add the hummus, oil and mix well together. Boil the pasta cook in cold water and mix in, add the coriander, tomatoes and crush in the feta.
