Cheese crust pizza with burrata, garlic butter and cherry tomatoes




For the dough
500g plain flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
Drizzle olive oil
300-350ml warm water

You will also need
200 g shredded mozzarella (Emborg)
2 burrata (Zanetti)
50g garlic butter
100g cherry tomatoes, halved
3-4 tbsp green pesto


Start this recipe by making the pizza dough, knead it for 5 minutes then allow it to rest till it doubles in size. Knock out the air, divide into 2 and roll out the 2 balls thinly. Place a ring of mozzarella around the edge and fold in to form a cheese crust. Brush with garlic butter, place onto baking trays and allow to rise again. Bake in the oven at 200`c for 25 minutes and immediately brush with the pesto, spoon over the chopped cherry tomatoes and break open a burrata on each pizza
