Brie apple and onion tarts

Ingredients

500 g Block puff pastry
2 Brie round cheeses (Emborg)
1 Green apple, cored and sliced thinly
1 Red onion, sliced thinly
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Dijon mustard (Maille)
1 beaten egg for glazing
1 tbsp sesame seeds (Lamb brand)

Method

Roll out the puff pastry thinly and cut out 10`12 cm rounds. Lay out on your work top and brush the edges lightly with beaten egg. Brush a little Dijon mustard into the middle of each. Lay over a few sliced onions on top. Next, slice the Brie cheeses thinly and place on top of the onions alternatively with the sliced apples. Fold in the excess pastry in 3, creating a triangular parcel. Place onto a baking sheet, glaze with beaten egg and sprinkle over the sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 200`c for 25-30 minutes or until baked through.
