Baked Camembert tarts with toasted hazelnuts and caramelized pears

Method
Start this recipe by caramelizing the pears for 5 minutes in a pan with a knob of butter. Meanwhile, lay out 2 sheets of filo pastry and brush with butter. Cut the 2 Camembert triangles in half horizontally and place the bottom pieces on the filo pastry, 1 on each piece. Cover with a spoonful of the broken hazelnuts and sprinkle over a few thyme leaves. Place the cooked pear quarters on top and cover with the top pieces of Camembert cheese. Carefully wrap up with in the filo pastry, making sure that the cheese is completely sealed inside. Brush all over with more butter and sprinkle the remaining hazelnuts on top. Place the 2 filo wrapped cheeses on a greased baking sheets and bake in the oven at 200`c for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Serve immediately with a few salad leaves
