Baked peach puddings

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 2 large peaches
  • 300ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 drops of vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Put sponge pieces in a ramekin

Method

Mix together 300ml milk, 2 eggs, and 4 tablespoons of sugar and also add 1 drop of vanilla extract and 2 teaspoons of honey. Pour the mixture in the ramekin over the sponge pieces. Then slice the peaches and put them on top of the sponge pieces in the ramekin. Bake for 20 minutes at 200`c. After baking sprinkle icing sugar on top of the peaches
