Fettuccine with stir fried vegetables, grilled beef and rocket leaves

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 300g fettuccine
  • 1 large oyster mushrooms
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 leek
  • 150 fillet steak
  • 50g Parmesan shavings
  • Bunch rocket leaves
  • Knob garlic butter
  • 50ml fresh cream (Benna)

Method

Cut the leeks and peppers in fine strips and sauté in olive oil and garlic butter, add rosemary and then pour in the cream and simmer. Add the cooked pasta, simmer on low heat in the sauce and season. Flatten the beef fillet and grill on a griddle pan, place on a chopping board and cut in strips. Place the pasta in the middle of the plate with the beef on and the rocket and Parmesan on top.
