Lamb on stick with a yogurt and cucumber dip
Ingredients
- 250g Lamb mince
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp flaked chilli
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 beaten egg
- 30g crushed pistachios
- 50g breadcrumbs
- 12 fancy kebab sticks
- 6 tbsp natural Yogurt (Benna)
- 2 tbsp chopped cucumber
- 1 tsp chopped fresh mint
Method
In a deep bowl mix well the Lamb, thyme, chilli, cumin, zest, pistachios egg and bread. Form a 25g ball and put the stick into it, bake at 180`c on a non-stick sheet. In another bowl mix the yogurt with the cucumber and mint and serve with the lamb on stick.
