Prinjolata for kids

Ingredients
For the prinjolata
- 3 packets UFO biscuits (Hellema)
- 1 box Maltesers
- 2 packets Smarties
- 1 packet mini marshmallows
- 100g jelly beans
- 200g sugared almonds
- 1 packet popcorn (preferably coloured)
For the butter cream
- 250g unsalted butter
- 200g icing sugar
- 1 tub cream cheese
- Grated zest of an orange
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
For the frosting
- 1 tub of cream cheese
- 1 tub of whipped fresh cream
Method
Chop the cookies and put in a mixing bowl. Mix in the Maltesers, smarties, marshmallows and jelly beans. Beat the butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Beat the cream cheese into the butter cream with the vanilla and zests. Bind the cookies mixture with the butter cream and mould into a dome. To decorate, prepare frosting. Beat the cream cheese until soft and fold in the whipped cream. Spread over the prinjolata and decorate with the coloured popcorn.
