Chocolate and strawberry deco
Serves:
Ingredients
- 400g chocolate chips
- 200g fresh strawberries
- 50g icing sugar
- 1kg ice cubes
- 50g cocoa powder
Method
Melt the chocolate chips in a Bain Marie. Place the ice cubes in a bowl and pour over the melted chocolate to create a coral effect. When the ice has melted, remove the chocolate which has formed into a cup. Fill with the fresh strawberries, dust with cocoa powder and icing sugar to decorate and serve.
