Pea and bacon soup

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 200g peas
  • 1 slice bacon, snipped
  • 1 potato
  • 100ml vegetable stock
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • 20ml cream

Method

Preheat the pan and shallow fry the onion garlic potatoes and bacon snippets till golden brown. Gradually add the vegetable stock and bring to boil. Lower the heat to a simmer, add peas and simmer for a further 5 minutes. When ready, add in the cream and blitz in a processor.
