Wholemeal pasta with chicken liver, peas and fresh tomatoes
Serves:
Ingredients
- 300g wholemeal penne pasta (Misura)
- 100g chicken livers
- ½ glass red wine
- 50g salted butter
- ½ red onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 150g tinned peas
- 1 tsp fresh tyhme
- 3 large tomatoes
- 2 tsp fresh chopped parsley
- ½ glass beef brodu (Star)
Method
In a saute pan, gently fry the roughly chopped chicken liver and garlic until lightly browned, add the fresh tyhme and chopped onion and continue cooking until transperant. Now add the red wine bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes, add broth and roughly chopped tomatoes and reduce by half. Toss in cooked pasta and sprinkle with parsley.
