Rabbit, date and port parcels

Ingredients
- 200g rabbit meat
- 50g pitted dates
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1tbsp garlic
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 3 tbsp port
- 1 bay leaf
- 8-10 filo pastry sheets
Method
Sweat the onion, garlic, rabbit, bay leaf and rabbit meat until meat is cooked. Add the mixed spice and the port. Take off the heat and let cool. Place a spoonful of mixture on the filo sheet and close in the desired shape. Fry or bake in pre-heated oven or pre-heated oil.
