Ghaqilu min fuq il-nar u idlek wicc wiehed bil-mustarda, deweb il buttir ziedu mal-hobz u il-gobon, hokk daqs kuccarina qoxxra tal-laringa u ghasar il-kumplament kollu ma tahlita ta-hobz flimkien mal-qoxra. Ghagina sew u ipressa ma fejn ghamilt iil-mustarda, sajjar kif inhi ghal madwar 15 il-minuta go forn ta 180 grad celcius ohorgu u servi.
