Smoked salmon and tuna set on edible spoons

Ingredients
- 12 edible pastry spoons
- 3 smoked salmon slices
- 3 smoked tuna slices
- 2 asparagus, lightly blanched
- 2 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small tub black caviar
- Olive oil
- Fresh seasoning
- Juice and zest of a lemon
Method
Thinly slice the salmon and tuna and put in a mixing bowl add the chopped sundried tomatoes, lemon juice/zest and fresh seasoning. Set on an edible spoon and top with caviar and blanched asparagus.
