Cream cheese and walnut dip

Ingredients
- 250g cream cheese
- 100g walnuts
- Juice of half a lemon
- Extra walnuts to decorate
Method
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Serve with water biscuits and raw vegetables such as carrots and celery sticks.
