Barbequed jerk chicken wings

Ingredients
- 12 chicken wings
- 5 tbsp honey
- ½ bottle Jerk BBQ Sauce (REGGAE REGGAE)
- 3 tbsp olive oil (PREGO)
- Fesh seasoning
- 1 large resealable freezer bag
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
Method
Start this recipe by boiling the chicken wings in hot water for 5 minutes to ½ cook them. Drain away the water and allow the wings to cool down completely. Take the freezer bag and add ½ bottle of Reggae Reggae Sauce, honey, seasoning and olive oil. Add the chicken wings, seal the bag and move around until they are covered in the marinade. Keep in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Continue to cook the chicken wings and cook for approx 15 minutes on the barbeque, turning occasionaly. Serve the Jerk chicken wings sprinkled with the chopped coriander.
