Naan bread pizza with chutney, Parma ham and curried cheese

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 3 tbsp mango chutney
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 4 slices Parma ham
  • 200g curried Thai cheese
  • Fresh seasoning
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Some chopped parsley

Method

This recipe is ideal for a lunch time snack as it is quick and easy to prepare. I prefer using naan bread which is flavoured, like garlic and coriander, but plain will also do. Start by placing the naan bread on a baking sheet. Spread the mango chutney on top, all over, and crumble over the curried cheese. Arrange the Parma ham on top, followed by the cherry tomato halves. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and drizzle with a little olive oil. Bake in the oven for just 4 minutes at 180`c, just enough time to melt the cheese and not dry out the naan bread. Before serving, sprinkle with some chopped parsley.
