Date and nut bon bons with white chocolate and toasted coconut

Ingredients

  • 10 medjool dates, stones removed
  • 4 tbsp toasted desiccated coconut
  • 50g walnuts
  • 25g pistachios
  • 150g white melted chocolate
  • Extra chopped pistachios

Method

Start this recipe by placing the pistachios, walnuts and 2 tbsp toasted coconut in a food processor and pulse for 10 seconds. Add in the dates and pulse again to a paste. Roll into balls and dip into the white chocolate. Roll into the remaining coconut and chopped pistachios and allow to set before serving.
