Sweet pizza with yoghurt and fresh fruit
Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
Dough ingredients
- 500g plain flour (Lamb Brand)
- 1 tbsp sugar (Lamb Brand)
- 12g yeast
- Pinch salt
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt (Mevgal)
- Zest of an orange and lemon
- 300ml warm milk (Approx)
Topping Ingredients
- Grated dark chocolate
- Greek yogurt (Mevgal)
- Honey
- Icing sugar (Lamb Brand)
- Roasted pistachios
- Strawberries, blue berries, kiwi
- Mint leaves
- Ice-cream
Method
Knead the dough ingredients with enough warm milk into smooth and soft dough. Cover and leave in a warm place until risen and double in volume. Roll the dough onto a greased baking tray, prick with a fork and sprinkle lightly with caster sugar and allow proving. Bake at 175°c until golden. Meanwhile mix the yoghurt with icing sugar, honey and pistachios. Take out of the oven and sprinkle with the grated chocolate, this should melt immediately. Spoon and spread yogurt on top, garnish with fresh fruit and mint leaves. Serve warm with ice cream.
