Stuffed salmon fillet with tuna and avocado

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tin tuna, drained (Redelmar)
- Small bunch kale
- 3 cloves garlic
- 8 new potatoes
- 1 lime
- Small bunch parsley chopped

Method
In a bowl, mash the avocado and tuna together. Use a sharp knife to make a pocked on the salmon fillet and fill with the tuna and avocado filling
Bake the salmon in a preheated oven at 190°C for 9 minutes. Cut the new potatoes in half and boil until softened. Toss in butter to season and allow to brown. Add in the lime zest, parsley and serve with the stuffed salmon.
