Salted Helwa tat-tork popcorn

Ingredients
- 1 packet popcorn kernals
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tub helwa tat-tork (Camel brand)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp crushed almonds and pistachios (Lamb brand)
Method
Cook the popcorn in hot oil with salt until pops open and put aside.
Crumble the helwa tat-tork (reserve some for garnish) into a pan, add honey and sesame seeds, dilute slightly with enough water and set on moderate heat. Allow to cook into a thick syrup. Pour the syrup over the cooked popcorn and mix thoroughly until well coated. Sprinkle over the chopped nuts and reserved crumbled helwa and allow to cool completely before serving.
