Rich chocolate tart

Ingredients

250g chocolate sweet pastry
450g dark chocolate (Novi)
300ml double cream (Elmlea)
70g butter (Lakeland)
Pinch salt
Cocoa powder for serving

Method

Start by rolling out the chocolate sweet pastry and line a 25cm fluted flan tin. Bake blind for 20-25 minutes at 200`c until cooked through. Meanwhile, heat the cream and butter together till hot, then stir in the chopped chocolate and salt and mix to a smooth consistency. Pour into the cooked pastry base and allow to set for 2 hours in the fridge before serving dusted with cocoa powder.
