Method

Qatta l-basal u l-faqqiegh f’bicciet zghar u sajjarhom fil-butir wara ghamilhom fil-blender u gibhom pate’. Iftah l-ghagina, poggi l-flett fin-nofs, idilku min nofs it-tundjatura il-fuq bil-mustard u idlek il-pate fuq il-mustarda. Ghati il-faqqiegh bil-perzut u dawwar l-ghagina.Hawad l-isfar tal-bajd mal-halib u idlek il-wicc tal-ghagina, sajjar ghal madwar ghoxrin minuta f’temperatura ta 180`c.
